Hey everybody.
Had this urge to try something new last night so I spent about 4 hours making this painting.
It is in no way complete, and I image that it will take another 4-5 hours before it looks complete, but I thought I'd post this for now, just so you can see how it looks and maybe provide some feedback.
Painting hair is a bitch. I hate it so much. It's too tedious, but I suppose I have to learn.
This is something I've never done before. I've never tried doing a real life painting based on a photograph, so please excuse me if it looks weird.
Oh, and BTW, I'm not painting over the exist image. I started completely from scratch and am painting on a white background. I only have the picture as reference.
So this part took 4 hours in Photoshop using my Tablet. The real size of this thing is 1000px x 1075px. Pretty small for something like this, but it started as a 'goofing around/practice' thingy and then it actually turned serious.
I'm hoping to have it finished within the next couple of days, but please don't hold me to it
School's getting hectic.
