Fortress Drawing

Hey everybody!

Thanks to those that gave me those great positive reviews on my last piece (posted under my other character, Warhead)!

This is Fortress (in case you couldn't guess ) ready to fight. This is really more of a concept piece because I haven't completely figured out what she's going to look like when she's armoured, but this'll probably be pretty darn close. Like I explained in her character bio/description, her armour is moreso plates instead of it being smooth like Colossus'. In case you're wondering, she does have a left hand, it's just hiding. In association with her iron manipulation abilities, I've shown how she can create weapons for herself (the blades coming out from her arms). And I know her hair looks a little tweaky, but that gets armoured too. Her face gets covered, but she's still able to make facial expressions but speech is still something I'm working on. I might just decide to leave her silent...

This is just the lineart and it's probably going to be fiddled with some more before I colour it. I'll post the finished version soon

its rlly good, but u might want to make her look a littl bit more feminine by thinning out her waist a little bit...cause the only thing that shows she's a girl are the boobs... and they could be interpreted as rlly big pecs

Gotta disagree with Jubes there, since if that sort of build is dubiously feminine I must definitely be a bloke Plus - let's be a realistic as one can when we're talking muties and the like - I believe Toni's weight is specified as 1/2 a ton... and let's take a brief look at the charrys she is like for a moment... so yeah, I think it works. Just my $0.02

Yay! No one's ever made a request before (except for an ex-boyfriend, but he doesn't count *stabs another pin into ex-boyfriend-shaped voodoo doll*).

If you provided a detailed description of what he's supposed to look like, I'll give it whirl.

Actually, better yet...if you have any pictures for reference that'd be great.

Coloured or B&W? I'll have to warn you, my mad colouring skillz aren't that great yet (yes, I know, I just contradicted myself).
