A smile comes on his face as Bobby says what he has. He supposed something like this would happen. "Diplomacy isn't for those of weak stomachs and hearts." he says. Both looks shot to him by the kid were noticed, and both returned with a knowing, if not vile even, note.
When she exploded the table, he remained calm. When the lights hit him in the head, he remained calm. As she started to run, he called the confused waiter. "Don't worry about cleaning the mess, I will go to another table later. I will also pay for the orders of everyone in here since I came in." he says, and then looks to the winged woman. "Will you join me, or will you follow your companions as well?" his voice is calm, friendly, trained to be so.
Out of experience he has learned that silent rage is the best when it bursts out. And currently, he is packing a whole lot of it- his interior is like a flaming chaos. After a few seconds, his sharp ears twitch a bit and then he stands up. "Excuse me, Miss, I have to go out for a minute. Unfinished business. I will be back in a moment, and if you wish not to remain here, simply leave- I will understand."
And with that, he walks out of the restaurant, and his tail comes out, wrapping around the exterminator and the kid. Using this surprise, Ferus extracts a single sharp claw, and it quickly passes over the human's throat, followed by his whole hand, so that the blood doesn't spray all over. The human falls conveniently between two dumpsters around the corner, hidden completely for the next few days- until trash take-out day. He next grabs the kid. His claw is very close to her throat. "Before you try any sparks on me again, I want you to know that if they happen, this claw will have a reflex move across. I am wondering whether I should kill you or not, but I have decided to spare you for two reasons. First, you are a mutant and I don't like killing off mutants, and second, you will be an interesting adversary once you have learned to control your powers, your tongue, and that hot temper of yours. Now run before I change my mind." all of this is whispered to the kid's ear, making sure no one, coming from any side, would notice the words, the vile tone in his voice, or even the claw.
To everyone, it would look like he is merely hugging her good-bye.
