K, so considering that I have only one shot at my three SAT subject tests and ACT plus Writing, my parents are forcing me to study for all of them each and every single day of this month. Combined with my teachers' very generous offer of kilo upon kilo of homework, a general stress for getting all the paperwork for my college applications in, especially since they're relatively high for the ones that I am applying for, there is not too high a chance of my presence here.
I know, my on-and-off character of role playing is starting to irritate me more than anyone else, I assure you, but I will try to get posts in for whenever I can.
I'll also do a due list on here, so anyone can add if I'm missing something:

Wow, that brings back high school memories! Good luck! I'm sure you'll do well. I know the Subject Tests are offered infrequently, but the ACT can be taken more than once, if you need to! I was happy with my first score, but I took it again to see if I could improve. Where are you applying for? College apps are an exciting time... Shooting for a particular score? God, I can't believe I'm graduating in... 6 months?

Thanks, and I really hope I do do well. It's pretty much a one-shot, due to the deadlines and the fact that my going three weeks into school without coming here didn't help in applying for the tests.
Anyway...
I'm shooting for high scores, because I'm applying to Stanford, MIT, Princeton, and Yale...Maybe Harvard and Berkeley, but I'm not entirely sure on those two.

Whee! Good luck. Berkeley and Harvard have made it onto my list for when I eventually apply to grad school but we'll see if they stay on. They're both totally awesome for my field, which is cool.
I sent my GRE scores to Harvard... ;D
How is everyone else (who is doing so) feeling about finishing up high school or college? It's sort of scary... in a sense, I wish I was moving straight on to the Ph.D... but I can't take any more school. I need a break.

It's more insane than my 17th birthday was. And that was some crazy mess going on.
Especially since I found out today that I might have essentially been giving colleges a completely WRONG GPA. Some doofus somewhere decided to take a crack at converting a 95 out of a 100 to a four point scale and got me a 3.6 something, which from what I've seen, is more than likely wrong. So that's fun.
I'm not really that scared about graduating. I want to get out of my state soooo bad. xD You have no idea. Seventeen years in Mississippi is long enough.
I'm applying to some pretty prestigious art schools though, so I can only hope I get in with my credentials. But I've got some back up academic/liberal arts schools just in case.

Ugh...I have too many absense threads. I posted this in the wrong spot:
Alright! I'm done with the tests, thank the higher powers that regulate the flow of testing, and I've gotten pretty satisfactory results. Go me!
But enough egotism.
I'm back, and ready to do some threading, so if anyone feels an inclination to thread with Danny, Chris, or Sherr, just give me a shove, eh?
