He can create fire. it comes out of his hand in fire balls. but he can pretty much do anything he wants with it. How ever fire that he has not created can hurt him just like any other person.
special things:
one cool thing Billie can make with his fire is a fire tornado. which start off small and gets bigger and bigger as he feeds it with fire. The only way you can spot basically is to spot its oxygen source.
Physical Description:
Billie Is 5'5 with short black hair. And he has rare light green eyes.He usually also wears dark colors. and the same black and white converse sneakers everyday.
Personality:
Billie Is usually rather quiet at times. The guy usually in conner chatty with his close buds. But at the same time can be that straight forward guy. The goofy guy you does weird and extreme stuff. He is also a real nice and sweet guy as well, has a good heart.

Billie Was Born On Feb 17 ,1989 to Jane and Jared Radar. The lived in rodeo, California for mostly all of his childhood and teenage years.They weren't really the riches people either.Billie 's parents were real nice but were kinda busy taking care of six kids. other reason he probably never saw them was because the were maybe afraid off him. Because of his mutant ability to create fire. but they didn't really have time for Billie any how , so he mostly hung out with his two friends mike and Jake. And they even formed a band called Green Expose. And played at a local club for punks every Saturday night

Because well they didn't like to wait around at the door. So off Billie went to him and his buds oak tree in the ground. And there they were mike and Jake talk-en away waiting for Billie to arrive.
Billie to a deep breathe made his way over to his usual spot. "hey guys" he said to them when he was seated.H is friends smiled and replayed hey dude back to him.As a slight wind began to blow around them. And blew threw the groups hair. While girls around started freak en out because there hair was getting messed up.
