Has the ability to run through walls (he has to be running), climb walls. He can run as fast as a cheetah. He has super strength and can control how much strength he uses. He also finds out that he can heal himself and others at inhumanly rates.
On midnights with full moon, he undergoes a transformation into a slimy skinned mutant (whom he has named Black Carnage). nothing can control him in this form and he attacks innocent people, often biting off limbs and poisoning them with the venom that coats his body. His abilities in Black Carnage form are heightened immensely.

Muscular, 6 pack, loves to work out (and show off due to the fact that he has super strength and was able to pick up a car when he was 8). He has a skinny face, pointed chin and a small pointed nose. He loves to wear red and black.

Weight: N/A, somewhere between 200-250 lbs.
Hair color: No hair in this form.
Eye Color: Black
Extremely muscular. Slimy Skinned. his skin is black, his face is skinny and he has red markings around his eyes.
Background:
He was abandoned as a child by his mother, father and brother. Xavier took him into the institute knowing that he had powers. Rio didn't know of the powers until he was 8 when he accidentally lifted and threw one of Scott Summer's cars (while he was having a temper tantrum).
now, 9 years later he has learned to stabilize his abilities. Unfortunately, there is a power that he cannot control, every full moon at midnight, he transforms into Black Carnage, a beast with immense strength. Because of this, Xavier has to put him in a holding cell that prevents him from moving until he transforms back into Rio.
He hopes to one day be able to control himself in Black Carnage form and join the X-Men.
He was trained to use his powers by Scott and Jean. When he got word that they had died, he was devastated, he tried to commit suicide but realized he had also acquired the power to heal faster than normal, keeping him alive even after being nearly ripped in half by himself.

8 year old Rio Grim moth ran into Scott Summer's garage. He was hiding. Tears were pouring from his eyes.
"He's in here!" He heard someone yell from beyond the door.
He ran behind a souped up Dodge Viper, his favorite of Scott's cars. Soon after, foot steps of about 4 or 5 kids made their way into the room.
"Rio! Come out, come out!"
"What a loser. He doesn't even have powers!" Came a girl's voice.
Rio sobbed. it was true, he had no power. at least, not yet. He hadn't found out what his power was. little did he know that soon enough, he would.
"He's behind the viper!" came the voice of a boy, who probably just used his powers to look through the car and find him.
Rio stood up and turned around. He was not looking at four kids about two years older than him.
The closest one to him was the girl, who had long red hair and green eyes. She was frowning at him in disgust.
The second and third were obviously twins, with brown hair. The one on the left was glaring at Rio. The one on the right was also glaring but his eyes widely opened.
The last boy was rather tall, his hair was black and his eyes were neon green.
"That a boy, Rio!" said one of the twins. "Now come here."
Rio stood in his spot for a moment before speaking.
"No."
This wasn't the right answer, or at least, not the right one for the four kids across the car. the girl lift her hand and it ignited with a crack into a ball of blood red fire.
"Wrong answer!" She thrusted her hand forward and the fireball flew toward Rio.
He dodged it narrowly and stood back up only to get hit in the stomach by another fireball, sending him flying backward into a car, setting off the car alarm.
Rio dodged three more fireballs before he was behind the car again. Something triggered in his mind. He bent over and grabbed the bottom of the car and to his surprise, it lifted up.
Rio peeked over the top of the car at the kids. They were awestruck but the fireballs continued coming and the alarm continued ringing. He lifted with all his might until the car was about a foot off the ground.
"Ashley!" One of the twins said.
It was too late, Rio had sent the car flying toward them. It hit the girl first, then the twins and finally the last boy. The car flipped and trapped them underneath.
The car alarm stopped. standing in the doorway of the garage was Scott Summers and Charles Xavier. Rio swallowed.
"Come with me, Mr. Grimmoth." Xavier said.
Rio did as he was told. He walked past Scott, who looked as though he was going to kill someone.

and not really a cohrerant charry in his own right, and it needs a major rethink before I'm going to let him into 100m.
There's potential there, y'just need to push it a little more if you're going to get up to site standard. 
then again, depending on his forthcoming personality... maybe not. Was this post X2 or post X3? Jean got boffed twice.
