Merrick
Can absorb powers and minds through his eyes. Eyes appear blue at most times, but when he has captured someone he wishes to absorb they turn flame red. Merrick is extremely strong and can throw the average human with little effort. He is weak against any mind control. He is attractive and can lure almost anyone to him with a simple glance, even if he does not capture them right away with his eyes. Preyed on Kitty and Josh at the Rave; ran into them again while invading Congress
Template (Real name Unknown)
Template is a fairly plain woman in her mid twenties. Short, choppy brown hair, light blue eyes. She looks fairly ordinary, and is easily misjudged as being weak or helpless. But she's a mutant, with a lot of power and potential.
She has the ability to mold her DNA to match that of those she touches, gaining their mutant powers, and, temporarilly, their DNA signature and fingerprints. She posesses no DNA code of her own, but it always models the one she's last stolen.
The molding process is very painful for her victims, and usually kills them. She can only hold one DNA code at a time, but - technically - an unlimited number powers at any given moment, but the powers wear off within a week of being copied/stolen, on their own.
Personality-wise, she's cocky, overconfident, and has blatent disreguard for the lives or feelings of others. To her, other people are just a means to an end, and even she doesn't know what that end really is. She just does what it takes to get what she wants at the moment, not caring what it costs for others.
She was "modeling" the powers of flight, invulerability, and super-strength when she was absorbed by Rogue during the invading Congress battle. Her *body* is in a deep coma. Her *mind* existed within Rogue's for a while
Blob (Fred Dukes) - Pretty much straight from comics canon in terms of personality and powers. Part of the team that invaded Congress
Barricade (real name unknown) - Nondescript middle-aged man with force-field and force-wall powers. Part of the team that invaded Congress
