Hi all! We need to kick up our 1 year anniversary celebration up a notch. For that' I'm asking that all category ideas for awards be up by this Tuesday, July 10.
Pyro and I will sort through them and finalize the choices and make the categories a manageable number, and then we're asking people to submit choices for each category. All choices will be accepted, and we're going to figure out how to get everyone's votes in.
Tuesday July 10 - All Categories must be submitted by
Tuesday July 17 - All 'contestants' must be submitted by.

Well, I still like calling it the Toni Award. Just to make things clear, this is only the nomination stage. We'll actually be voting after all the nominees are in, so feel free to throw something out that you might not necessarily vote for as your favorite, but think is a worthy contender. Here's a question: How does everyone feel about the voting? Do you want others to see how you vote, or should we keep it anonymous? If we did keep it anonymous, we could unveil the results, creating suspense!!!1111 If not, everyone will be able to track how each contender is doing. Thoughts? |

So it's about a week past when I said we wanted the contestants for the Emmys in.
Is anyone actually interested in this? Pyro and I came up with it as a fun way to commemorate the 1 year mark. Bob and Toni aside, nobody else has shown much interest, and I'd rather not put any more work into it if no one cares.
This isn't me trying to be bitchy... just realistic, guys.

Still like the idea, just am not too great at the nomination-sort of thing (picking only one/two options per category? Me? Pssh, more like a four-paragraph or longer attempt at picking "best cannon" alone!). I had planned on just sneaking in later with votes and not actually nominating anyone myself... ;D
