Hey, I was wondering where we wanted to take this.

It seems pretty clear to me that Terra isn't interested in giving the X-Men a chance (and instead wants to go hang out with creepy cat men), so are we still thinking of having the world's most awkward dinner, or not? I'm ambivalent, but Josh is still on edge.

Well, as far as I am concerned, dinner would be fun to do. Sherridan's good at dinners, better at business proposals, better yet at making people look bad, and best at sweet-talking. So yeah, dinner would be fun for me, but if you guys aren't up to it, that's fine.

On a side note, though, I was intending on having Sherridan drop the bomb (figuratively) during this dinner. I think he'll split ways with the Brotherhood, and Terra will be the first in his little ramshackle group, should she decide to accompany him.

We can always opt for the off-scene method.

As far as the splitting-group thing goes, is that all right? I should have checked earlier...

That's certainly fine with me, but I guess I'm wondering how this will affect the BH itself. There aren't too many active BH members at this point (nearly none) so I'm a little concerned that this is going to fragment them further and make it harder to RP.

On the other hand, some type of storyline could also stimulate RP opportunities. Who's still active on the BH end?

Rahne is active in the sense that her player logs in regularly and thinks "gee, I wonder if I should post Rahne somewhere".

But I haven't been posting Rahne much. She's neither sociable nor goal-directed and I can't quite figure out what to <u>do</u> with her. Mostly she hunts and kills people, but I've sorta already done that thread to death.

Hm. Maybe she should start attending church somewhere.

Rhane could start hanging out at places, and see something or another happen to Hector and end up relating to him, so she helps him out and then they become friends over time, and then it turns out she's BH and he's X...

Well, that wasn't the RP-producing part. It's the point where someone comes and sees them hanging out and goes "Waaah! Brotherhooooood!!!! Waaah!"

I wanted to do a poke on this thread.

I'm pretty sure Toni's up, but we could also end the thread and move on to dinner... or skip dinner altogether so Terra can actually start playing.

I feel pretty badly about this - Terra, you can also start posting in other places if you feel comfortable doing so with everything up in the air. I just don't want you to feel constricted.
